1. Never take your good health for granted.
2. Set boundaries on how you will allow yourself to be treated by others, and stand firm on those boundaries.
3. It's imperative to separate yourself from toxic people (even if they're family members).
4. Never be afraid to stand up for yourself or your values.
5. Be grateful for the people who love you and bring you joy. They are the greatest gifts in life.
6. It's ok to need/take a break once in awhile. We all need to catch our breath sometimes.
