Easy + Affordable DIY Flower Vases

I recently made these adorable flower vases, using just a few inexpensive items! If you are someone who likes quick and easy crafts, then this is the DIY project for you!

Here are the items you will need:

Mason Jars x4 (I purchased mine at Dollar Tree)
Gold Metallic Sticker Letters (purchased at Meijer, craft section)
Rustoleum Ultra Cover 2x in White-Gloss Finish (purchased at Meijer)
Optional: Rustoleum Universal Clear Top Coat-High Gloss (purchased at Meijer)
Faux Flowers x8 -Your color choice (I chose purple and yellow) (purchased at Dollar Tree)

Let's Get Started!

Apply 2-3 light coats of spray paint in a well ventilated area. I did not "prep" the glass jars by sanding, I just set them upright and sprayed them in my garage. I followed with one light coat of clear top coat, for extra protection, but a clear top coat is not essential.

Allow to fully dry. I waited 24 hours, just to be on the safe side.
Apply the gold or silver rims of the mason jar lids, leaving the centers open.
Apply sticker letters to the jar centers, trying to line them up evenly with one another.
Place and arrange your flowers to preference, and voila! You have your own new cheap and easy DIY home decor!

I just love how they turned out! I have mine on my piano, and it really livens up my grey and white  living room! These would also look cute on a fireplace mantle or a wall shelf.

So cheerful and happy! And best of all...so easy to do!
